More reasons to put you through Hell

Diablo 3 is getting ready for its next season with this new patch, with a lot of focus on set construction and End game Quality of life, as well as bringing Consoles into parody with PC for the next Season beginning on March 31. It still has some cool features you should know about though, so here’s the rundown of what you can look for in the newest update going live on PC and Consoles.

New Features

  • Armory
    Players can now save up to 5 armor sets on their character by talking to an NPC in the town of each act, saving all their gear and a snapshot of everything currently equip
  • Crafting Mat Storage
    Crafting mats from salvage now have their own storage, shared between accounts, making them more easily accessed and freeing up Stash storage
  • Primal Ancient Items
    Players who have reached Greater Rift 70 Solo have a rare chance for Legendary and Set Items to drop as Primal Ancient Items. Primal Ancient Items will have Perfect Stats, the Items Legendary power, and will be tailored for the class you are playing on when they drop
  • Paragon Quick Spend
    Paragons Levels can now be spent in lots of 100 by Ctrl Clicking them
  • Public Adventure mode difficulty Change
    The requirement for participating in certain difficulty levels in public games has been changed from current Paragon Level to highest solo Greater Rift clear, as follows

Class Specific Adjustments

  • Barbarian
    Seismic Slam -The Rumble rune will now consume all remaining fury to increase the rune’s damage over time component by 15% weapon damage per point of fury spent
  • Crusader
    Shield Glare -The Divine Verdict rune has been updated to apply its secondary effect even if the target is immune to crowd control effects
    Roland’s Legacy Set Bonus – Bonus Damage doubled to 2500% on Sweep Attack and Shield Bash
  • Monk
    Inna’s Favor Set Bonus – Damage bonus for each Mystic Ally has been increased from 100% to 125%
  • Witch Doctor
    Zunimassa’s Haunt Set Bonus – Damage bonus has been increased from 1500% to 2500% when enemies are hit by your minions
  • Wizard
    Delsere’s Magnum Opus (2) Set Bonus – Cooldown of Slow Time is reduced by from 2 to 3 seconds when casting relevant spells
    Delsere’s Magnum Opus (4) Set Bonus – Damage reduction increased from 50% to 60%
    Delsere’s Magnum Opus (6) Set Bonus – Enemies bonus damage increased from 2500% to 3500% while inside Slow Time and damage bonuses persist on enemies for 5 seconds after they exit Slow Time

Along with some adjustments to the tile set spawn rate (What kind of dungeons you see), Minor item changes, and bug fixes, that is the most important information from the patch you might be interested in, so get in and give them hell… Or wait around a bit longer so you can join in in the next season progression wherever you play
