Bounty Bay Online is a free massively multiplayer online role-playing game (online MMORPG) that is sweeping the industry for its originality and one-of-a-kind gameplay. This Bounty Bay Online review is designed to help you decide whether or not it’s the type of free MMORPGs that you enjoy playing or not.

Well, what are we waiting for? Let’s get this Bounty Bay Online review started, shall we?

Bounty Bay Online Review – Overview

Bounty Bay Online puts you in the role of a swashbuckling pirate during a time of great exploration and strife. Unlike most other MMORPGs, you can choose to be something as simple as a farmer  or a craftsman or something a bit more complex in the vein of a fearless explorer or villainous pirate.

Developed by Suzhou Snail Electronic Company for the Windows operating system, Bounty Bay Online is truly one of the most original games of all time – never even mind in the legendary top tier of this type of game in the MMORPG realm. This Bounty Bay Online review will aim to outline all of the games features, pros and cons and hopefully give you enough information to decide whether or not the game is for you. And please forgive us if this Bounty Bay Online review comes off as us gushing over this title. We truly do love it quite a bit.

Trust us though when we say – even if you’re marginally interested in pirate lore or ship captain stories, then Bounty Bay Online is likely for you. And you’ll likely enjoy it just as much as the rest of the free MMORPG gamer population has been. Of that much you can likely be certain.

Bounty Bay Online Review – Gameplay

As you might expect of a free MMORPG of this nature, the sea battles are truly something to behold. Frequently finding yourself in sea battles of literal epic proportions is a treat and just as exciting as it sounds. Indeed, this is the game that Sid Meier’s Pirates wished it could be.

Well, you know, if it wanted to be a massively multiplayer online role-playing type of pirate game.

Even though a moderate amount of Bounty Bay Online’s content is only available via subscription, you’ll be pleased to know that said subscription is easily one of the industry’s cheaper options. And considering what you get in the game for the small subscription fee, it’s easily one of the best bargains in the industry, hands down. And now, thanks to this Bounty Bay Online review, you know this!

Bounty Bay Online Review – Features

Although most of the Bounty Bay Online game exists as fictional and fantasy, there are surprisingly more than 60 different historically correct towns and harbors for you to explore, pillage or simply gaze around in wonder as you take in all of the gorgeous sights.

There exists in the game something known as discoveries, essentially if you’re playing an explorer character. And if that’s your thing, you’ll have quite a task in attempting to even make a dent in the game’s 1,500 different discoveries.

Yes, that’s right. 1,500.

For the ship captain types, Bounty Bay Online lets you pilot your own ship – ultimately choosing between thirty different historical ship models to boot. While your profession dictates the things you do most of the game like any other free MMORPG out there, the vast majority of character types can pilot a ship no matter what. I mean, the game is called Bounty Bay Online, after all.

All of the different classical MMORPG character types make an appearance in the game, with the warrior, pirate, merchant, farmer, charmer and shipwright all offering tantalizingly different styles of play.

And as if all of these features weren’t enough for this Bounty Bay Online review, you can even conquer whole cities with the cities you’ve risen to the top of the ranks in a given guild with. All in all, it’s astounding the amount of different gameplay features that exist in Bounty Bay Online and it should be easy to see already why we’re so enamored with the game in this Bounty Bay Online review.

Oh, and did we mention the PvP system is top-notch and just what you’d expect from a game that pits pirates against other pirates, adventurers and ambitious guild heads? Yeah, it’s all there. And it’s all equally fantastic.

Bounty Bay Online Review – Bottom Line

When it all comes down to it, you don’t need to be into pirates and ship battles to have a most excellent time in Bounty Bay Online. The world is literally that engaging and will likely hook you line and sinker for a long, long time.
