Almost 90,000 hours, over three thousands six hundred days, ten years is a long time to remain true to anything yet if you’re one of the few that have found themselves the proud owner of 10 years worth of World of Warcraft subscription, you’re in for a treat. Blizzard recently announced that all long-term supporters of the multi-award winning MMORPG will be given a special present as a way to commemorate their time i Azeroth.
World of Warcraft celebrated its 10th anniversary in November of last year and developers Blizzard decided to honor the occasion with a special collectible version of the Orc statue seen outside the Blizzard offices, for the most hardcore of WoW players.
“These gifts have been sent to the physical address associated with eligible Battle.net accounts. To be eligible for this gift, a player must have created a World of Warcraft account within 60 days of the game launching in the NA or EU regions, and maintained their subscription or game time for all ten years.”
Maintaining a subscription for any game for a decade is an achievement within itself but many would argue the limited edition statue to be a worthy prize.
