H1Z1 To Feature 150+ Servers In Early Access

The zombie crave continues to take the gaming world by storm as hype continues to build ahead of tomorrows release of Sony Online Entertainment’s highly anticipated zombie survival MMO, H1Z1. The game is scheduled to be released on Valve’s digital platform, Steam, tomorrow Thursday January 15th. The exact time has yet to be announced and there has yet to be an option to purchase the game through the official Steam client.

However, Sony Online Entertainment’s John Smedley took to Twitter today to offer fans additional information ahead of tomorrows release, going into minor details on the servers and options that will be available when Early Access is live.

H1Z1 will feature 150-200 servers at launch, although player capacity was not confirmed. Initially the team plan on rolling out servers based in the US before expanding to Europe later in the day. This suggest a possible late night or very early morning release UK time, but that’s just speculation.

PvP and PvE exclusive servers will also be available, along with the previously confirmed Battle Royale mode and hardcore.
