GTArcade have introduced an exciting new mode to the popular free-to-play MMO Hero Commander, with the debut of the highly anticipated Ruins Awaken system. The new system sees mysterious equipment appear throughout the Ruin War event that offers players the opportunity to awaken their inner power and gain access to a level of ability previously unavailable.
As players participate in deadly battles against the Roshan BOSS and complete epic single player fights, they will b e rewarded with powerful Ruins Equipment. Different relics are available for different challenges but for those wanting to reach their maximum potential, they’ll want to be sure to collect every possible relic.
Once a hero has completed enough tasks to earn 6 relics they can equip the full Rune Equipment set. Equipping this full set of powerful gear will see the items disappear, in its wake leaving all of the stats and improvements permanently set to the character. Players are then able to continue the cycle to increase their characters ability further.
